How to Order
Navigate through our website using the navigation bar across the top of the website. Select a product from our collection and where applicable select the quantity you wish to purchase. Click on the 'Add to basket button' and this will save your chosen product to your basket. Continue browsing the website to add more products or head to the checkout to make payment. If you wish to review your chosen items click on 'View Basket' or if you are satisfied with your selection click on 'Checkout'. If you are a registered customer, login using the email address you registered with and your password. If you are a new customer, register and complete the form with your billing and delivery information.
Many of our items including large pieces of furniture may be in stock, but during busy times of the year, stock may be limited and further stock on order. Our made to order products have their own delivery leads times and you are encouraged to look at these prior to placing an order. Payment for each order is taken upon confirmation at the checkout, this reserves stock for you in our warehouse and secures stock which is due for delivery.
You can change the quantity or remove items at any time and review the entire order before proceeding through the checkout.
Please read the guidelines under "Measurements" below to ensure you understand your responsibilities before ordering any furniture items.
Please ensure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Please Consider the following:
- Can access be gained easily for the furniture to be delivered?
- Are the doors wide enough; are there any awkward stairs, lifts or passageways?
- Are there any obstacles such as turning circles (stairwells), hallways, low ceilings, banisters, fixtures, radiators and light fittings. All these things may affect the accessibility of the furniture. Please consider the entire route from delivery van to the final location.
- Will the furniture fit in the room? Have you measured the space where the furniture is going to be placed to make sure that it will fit comfortably?
We cannot be responsible for any additional costs incurred on delivery i.e. door or window removal etc. unless we have provided measurements that prove to be inaccurate.
If you are placing a pre order for any of our products the lead times given are approximate and are always given in good faith. It is important to us that we provide the best possible customer service and in general overestimate our lead times to avoid disappointment. However due to the nature of our products, there may be occasions where unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays to the lead dates we have provided.
